12 x 10 x 5" Korrvu® Suspension Packaging

Korrvu® Suspension Packaging protects products by suspending them in the airspace of the corrugated outer box between two layers of resilient, low-slip polyethylene film. When the box is closed, film tension holds the item away from all six interior walls, isolating it from shock and impact during transit without foam inserts, void fill, or added cushioning materials.

The transparent film windows keep the packaged item visible through the closed box, making this format equally suited for retail display and protective shipping. The system is designed to support return shipments, allowing the same packaging to be reused without replacement materials — a practical advantage for electronics retailers, direct-to-consumer brands, and reverse logistics operations.

The corrugated outer box is constructed of ECT-32 single wall material with interior dimensions of 12" L x 10" W x 5" H. The inner frame assembles at the pack station and the full kit ships and stores flat to minimize warehouse footprint. Sold as a single kit including the inner assembly and outer box. Ships via parcel.
