This 3/4-inch wide, .031-inch gauge high-tensile steel strapping delivers greater break strength than regular-grade steel strapping, making it the appropriate choice when load density, irregular shapes, or transit stress demand a more capable strapping solution. Each coil runs 1,270 feet and weighs approximately 100 lbs.

Painted and waxed in an oscillated wind pattern, the coil feeds consistently through automated and semi-automatic strapping machines without tangling or jamming. This makes it well suited for high-throughput production lines in manufacturing, lumber yards, building materials distribution, and industrial freight operations where machine reliability and cycle speed matter.

Coils are sold individually and ship on skids of 12, with freight delivery required. The oscillated winding and wax finish are applied at the mill level, so no additional coil preparation is needed before loading into strapping equipment.
